However, instead of watering trees in the avenues and watching what the governor does or doesn't do. You should carry out a comprehensive security plan to achieve better levels of security and to improve the quality of life of people. Another problem, traffic at rush hour is horrible, public transportation is a horrible, too. The heat and long queues of vehicles are also awful, What are we going to do?
